This service focuses on restoring the property to a clean, fresh, and guest ready condition, covering all essential cleaning tasks. It includes a report documenting the condition of the property, allowing you to confirm everything is ready and address any issues before welcoming guests.

STANDARD CLEANING

Our STR turnover cleaning service is designed to give hosts complete peace of mind during guest transitions. This service is ideal for short term rental properties with tight check out and check in windows, ensuring the home is fully reset and guest ready on time. We focus on detailed, efficient cleaning of all living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen, with special attention to presentation and high touch surfaces. After each guest departure and before the next arrival, we verify the overall condition of the property and provide a visual report documenting cleanliness, missing items, damages, or maintenance concerns, allowing you to stay informed and address anything promptly before guests arrive.

STR TURNOVER

Our deep cleaning is our most extensive service and is designed for homes that need a full reset. The property must be empty for at least 12hrs to allow our team to work thoroughly. In addition to everything included in the standard cleaning, this service involves a full hands on approach throughout the entire home. We clean above and below all furnishings, empty, clean, and organize kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, bathroom cabinets, storage closets, and all living areas. The service also includes detailed vacuuming and a careful inspection of the property to identify any potential maintenance needs, supported with photos and clear indications for your records.

DEEP CLEANING
